Support between the sessions that matter.
Sports massage is not only for competition day. It can form part of a broader recovery routine for runners, cyclists, gym members, team-sport players and people whose work is physically demanding.
Treatment shaped around your schedule
- General maintenance during a training block
- Focused work around muscular tightness
- A lighter session before an event
- Recovery support after demanding activity
What Michael will ask
It helps to know what activity you do, recent changes in volume or intensity, what feels different and whether you have an injury diagnosis or treatment plan. The session is then adjusted to the appropriate areas and pressure.
Massage and injury care
Massage can complement a sensible training and healthcare plan but does not diagnose injuries. New injuries, severe pain or symptoms such as significant swelling, weakness or loss of function should be assessed by an appropriate health professional.
